Applicants from Palau must submit applications and all required documents to the Palau National Scholarship Office NO later than November 15, 2017 in order to meet the FIJI deadline of November 20th. This scholarship covers tuition fees, text books, living and accommodation allowances, medical allowance, and one return economy airfare to the country of study.
